Tom's journey in property began at Savills London, where he gained deep industry insight working in both consultancy and sales across prime central and west London locations. His fascination with technology's transformative power led him to join LandTech, an early-stage proptech startup. There, he played a key role in scaling the business from under £100,000 to over £8 million in revenue.

Watching AI's rapid evolution and its impact on traditional industries, Tom identified a crucial gap: the need for better customer interaction in property businesses. When he met Dominik, whose technical expertise perfectly complemented his property industry knowledge, Propix was born - a solution designed to revolutionise how property businesses engage with their customers through AI.

Dominik’s passion for technology runs deep, shaped early by his studies in International Business & Technology in Copenhagen, where he developed a keen understanding of how commerce and innovation intersect on a global scale. His consulting work across transportation, banking, and pharmaceutical industries exposed him to complex challenges in large-scale organizations, and it was here that he honed his ability to lead diverse, international teams and drive transformational IT projects.

Recognizing AI’s capacity to reshape how businesses operate, Dominik became determined to help companies tap into its full potential. His blend of technical expertise and strategic insight made him the perfect complement to Tom’s property-focused background. Together, they founded Propix to pioneer new ways for property businesses to engage with their customers through AI—an ambition driven by Dominik’s unwavering belief in technology as a force for progress.
